Delivery / Shipping policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3 business days unless otherwise indicated and delivery confirmed by way of Tracking Number 1 to 12 hours after goods have been dispatched. All goods will be dispatched via South African Postal services package mail unless otherwises stated or requested.
Any time or date for delivery named by Mosaic Workshop is an estimate only, and Mosaic Workshop shall not be liable for the consequences of any delay.

Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Mosaic Workshop is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Mosaic Workshop will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 5 % administration fee and can only be cancelled within 48 hours of the order having been placed.
Mosaic Workshop is under no obligation to accept returns from the buyer. If goods are accepted back, a handling charge of 15% will be charged together with all transportation costs.
Mosaic Workshop takes all precautions to ensure the safe travel of our goods. In case of damage, please contact us on shop@mosaicworkshop.co.za. Each case will be looked at individually.
Due to the nature of the goods supplied, there are no warranties or guarantees regarding to mechanical or other types of failure. We can only guarantee that goods supplied are as stated in the catalogue. If the buyer has a question or a concern, it is important that they contact us before ordering as no returns will be considered due to buyer claiming ignorance. It is up to the buyer to make sure it is the product that they want prior to ordering.
Please note that all shipping is subject to a handling charge which is included in the shipping cost and even if goods are collected, these costs are still payable. We do however not encourage goods to be collected as our factory is not open to the public at all. All goods will be mailed.
Please note that in cases where specifically stipulated, there may be extra charges applied and the client will be quoted beforehand as in heavy or difficult items, ie. large pots. These orders will be subject to the client either making arrangements to collect said items or the client approving and paying the quoted transport and insurance costs.
