SHIPPING DETAILS AND RATES

POST OFFICE, CURRIER AND OTHER METHODS

Goods are normally invoiced within two to three days of order. Orders are sent via the Postal Office or by Courier if requested. When requesting a courier delivery, please state this in the comment field of your order confirmation and we will invoice you separately for that expense. Items mailed normally take about 3 to 4 working days for delivery. All items sent via Post Office may be tracked at www.tracking.postoffice.co.za. Your tracking number will be sent to you once the parcel has been mailed. Please note that once we have sent you a tracking number, it is up to you to follow it up with the Post Office as we can take no responsibility if we are informed long more than 2 weeks) after the fact that parcels have not been recieved.
In case of breakable items that are sent via currier, please make sure the item is not broken before you accept delivery.

RATES

Our Post Office rate has been estimated and we are normally more or less on point, but in the case of us being wrong and the cost is much higher, like in the case of a very heavy item, we reserve the right to invoice the additional cost to you.
Currier charges can only be calculated on a completed parcel and therefore, we will invoice the cost separately if this is the means of delivery you have specified in our Comments field. We will of course offset the already charged amount against the total.
Please note that once we have sent you a tracking number, it is up to you to follow it up with the Post Office. We aim to have all items delivered within 2 weeks, we can take no responsibility if we are informed more than 2 weeks after the fact that parcels have not been recieved.

GOODS RETURNS

We urge you to make sure that what you order is the item that you want. If, for an reason you are desparately unhappy with your purchase, please contact us on shop(at)mosaicworkshop.co.za within 2 days of recieving your order. Any goods that we agree to accept for a return will be returned at the buyer expense. Only once the goods are received by us and deemed to be in good order and undamaged, will the buyer be refunded.
In case of breakable items that are sent via currier, please make sure the item is not broken before you accept delivery. Please make sure you securely pack and clearly address any parcel that is being returned.
