WONDERFUL WEDI BOARD - MAKE YOUR LIFE EASIER

Wedi tile backer board is a fantastic German invention that allows you to do your installations much faster with less disruption. It is ideal for when you have uneven walls because the board becomes your wall in effect. They are also used for building wet areas and can be shaped and cut very easily. It can be used on floors and walls. Wedi even has a board that can be curved. It is strong and there are various different thicknesses available. It is important to choose the right thickness for your application.

Wedi is a light durable material and you can tile onto it with a cement based adhesive or our special mesh adhesive. You can join boards together easily with wedi tape and cement based adhesive to reinforce cuts, joints and corners. Then, you just tile over it! What a pleasure. It is easy to attach to the will with special and inexpensive fittings and some cement spots at the back.

Because Wedi board is waterproof, you can use it in the shower. As a matter of fact, there are special Wedi shower trays available that you can mosaic onto! They are pre shaped with a drain hole. Wedi can also be used to construct tables, benches and even an outdoor shower! The possibilities are endless. Wedi board has been approved by the building industry all over the world and it is highly praised.
